The foundation of my approach to coaching is called the biopsychosocial model—a recognition that your progress is shaped not just by your physical training, but also by your nutritional practices, mindset, habits, social environment, and life circumstances. I take time to understand the full picture of who you are, and from there, I use scientific principles and evidence-based practices to design a plan that aligns with your goals and works for you. No two clients are the same, and your programming shouldn't be either.
